If you are here, then you are a woman who doesn’t fit the traditional fitness “body type”–maybe you’re just starting out on your fitness journey, or maybe you’re a gym rat, but God has just blessed you with more in certain areas than others and you need a way to stay fit and keep those items in place.
Girl, I hear you! I have been working out for nearly two years now and have lost 60 pounds, but I still have some “jiggle in my wiggle”. I’m not necessarily large up top, but things tend to shift easily and I still have a midsection that I would rather not have. So, I understand that finding workout clothes that not only fit, but that keep parts of you where they need to stay–despite gravity and movement–is a HUGE challenge (no pun intended)!
Why do fitness clothing designers believe that the only people who want to wear workout clothes are size 0-2 and an A cup (US sizes)? Exercise makes us feel great; why can’t our workout gear? Instead, we’re forced to spend our workouts pulling, twisting, hiking, adjusting, fighting-–and that’s just with our clothing!
